Dr. Jacob Ouellet
I am currently working on research in the BfG4 project, which builds off previous work from the DIORAMAproject. My project investigates the use of bioanalytical tools, such as micro-EROD, as an alternative to chemical analysis for sediments contaminated with dioxin-like chemicals. I am also working on the Dream Resource project to investigate toxicological effects of polymers through a bioassay test battery. My past experience focuses on the effects of contaminants, particularly industrial effluents, on reproductive and physiological endpoints of fathead minnows.
